Brookwater is located in steep, rolling, clay country and is part of a large residential development. Much of it was carved out of an ironbark forest to be quite narrow at the beginning. This was done because some of the holes had future housing planned on both sides, and it was important to maximise the isolation of the course. Brookwater lies on very undulating, rolling country which was ideal for the visual MacKenzie style of bunkering.
The progressive development of the dunes landscape has helped revert them from pasture grasses to a wilderness of native grasses.
Another project on which Bob did the initial broad planning to optimise the integration.
